The Benefits of the Natural Way of Being

My website is  I chose this name because it includes three aspects of my being. In this post, I am highlighting the naked part of my web name.  First off, I will say I prefer using naked as opposed to nude. Naked is more raw and bold than its counterpart and is just more appealing in its hard consonant pronunciation.

Now, as for being naked,  I am in this state of being unclothed as much as possible. It is a daily hobby. of being Being a single person, it is obviously easier to pursue. And you might not know this, but there are many health benefits to being naked. I will enlighten you to a few of them below.

Sleeping naked keeps your body temperature slightly cooler and is effective in producing hormones that aid weight loss while you sleep.

It is believed that people who took part in naturalist or nudist activities had better body image, self-esteem and life satisfaction than those who did not.

According to the National Sleep Foundation, a drop in temperature can help signal your body to sleep, helping you feel drowsy and fall asleep easier. The simplest  way to accomplish this is to sleep naked.

Less discomfort and better circulation. Tight clothes and too tight belts can lead to pinched nerves and swelling in the feet.
